AnimeLust works as an index and search engine. Images and videos are NOT hosted on our servers: they are fetched in real time from public third-party APIs, mainly Rule34 (rule34.xxx) and Gelbooru, and shown by linking to their sources. We claim no ownership over that material.

We actively filter tags for content involving or appearing to involve minors. Every character depicted is presented as 18 or older. If you find anything that bypasses these filters, report it immediately and we will remove it.

If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and want us to stop indexing a work, send a notice including: (1) identification of the work, (2) the exact URL(s) on AnimeLust, (3) your contact details, (4) a good-faith statement and (5) your physical or electronic signature.
